Celebratory Breakfast Ribs

This morning I finally nailed down (after hours upon hours of research) the three introductory scents/flavors for the Cookie Confidential skin care line, so I decided to celebrate with a breakfast of locally raised bison short ribs. They were delicious. They were supposed to be for my dinner this evening, so they had already been marinating overnight in avocado oil, chili powder, paprika, Himalayan pink sea salt, black pepper, and fresh garlic. I threw them under the broiler on low for about 10 minutes, and then I shared them with my dogs. We are all now very full, and very happy. I also ate an pink lady apple. I’m far from a heathen 🙂

Oh right, I almost forgot…the three winning flavor combos (sorry, I am easily distracted by food. Especially, tasty, juicy, chewy, fantastically fresh food)! Anyway…for the launch, we will have:
Salted Chocolate Lime Hibiscus
Grapefruit Avocado Poppy
Spiced Pear & Fig
There will be scrubs, lotions, oils, and body washes. Next step is a bit more R & D on formulas and shelf life (every ingredient will be food grade, with most being organic to assure the highest quality), and then I can move on to packaging decisions (which, of course, will be bio and eco friendly).

Ok, enough chit chat…back to the lab!
